Overview: QR to App is a client-side utility that lets you create home-screen shortcuts for web links and QR codes. By using QR to App, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using QR to App (available at refnull.github.io/qrapp and related domains), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the application.
2. Description of the Utility
QR to App is a static, browser-based tool providing QR code scanning, web shortcut generation, and Progressive Web App (PWA) manifest construction. It operates client-side without user authentication, accounts, or persistent cloud storage.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use QR to App solely for legitimate and lawful purposes. You agree NOT to use QR to App to:
- Generate shortcuts or shareable links directing users to phishing sites, malware, spyware, scams, or fraudulent services.
- Deceptively impersonate brand names, trademarks, or official services to mislead end users into exposing confidential credentials.
- Distribute links that infringe upon any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable local or international laws.
4. Third-Party Websites & Disclaimer of Liability
QR to App allows you to generate shortcuts to external third-party websites and web applications. You acknowledge and agree that:
- QR to App has no control over the content, terms, safety, availability, or privacy practices of any third-party websites.
- Generation or installation of a shortcut does not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with the target website.
- You access all target websites at your own risk. QR to App disclaims all liability for any damages, losses, or security incidents arising from third-party sites accessed through generated shortcuts.
